The ECAM Engineering programme is a 5-year, post-baccalaureate engineering course. It is possible to join the course in year 2 or 3, subject to approval of the student’s application.

A rigorous admission process
As a member of the Conference of the ‘Grandes Ecoles’ (CGE), ECAM Lyon operates a demanding selective recruitment process to guarantee the quality of its programmes. In order to be admitted to ECAM Lyon, each student must attend a recruitment interview. The interview allows the school to explore the candidate’s motivation and ensure that their values are in keeping with those of the school. Their professional ambitions are also discussed.
The average mark at the Baccalaureate of the successful candidates in 2017 was 15/20. 87% of the candidates on the ECAM ‘Arts & Métiers’ programme obtained the mention ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’ and notably 38% received ‘Very Good’. On the ECAM Engineering programme 72% obtained the mention ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’
