Governance & Faculty

ECAM Lyon is managed by the foundation recognized of public utility ECAM LaSalle and managed by a Board of Directors. The ECAM Lyon faculty is organized around 5 departments: Energy, Materials & Structures, Automation & IT, Industrial Management, and Personal and Professional Development and Language.


In accordance with its industrialist foundation heritage, ECAM Lyon has been an engineering resource centre for businesses for over a century. Over the past ten years, the school has been developing its applied research activities to respond to the concern expressed by industry and to support socio-economic development.


ECAM Lyon has been developing a sense of entrepreneurship among its students from their first year through entrepreneurial courses and projects. The school has also created a business incubator on its campus to promote and support students’ entrepreneurial projects.
